We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, closures, and post-sales coordination.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property demonstrations to convert prospects into customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads through digital campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, revenue analysis, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth documentation and customer handover.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Construction & Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and plotted developments.
- Experience in managing sales teams and channel partner networks.
