- Site Supervision & Execution: Assisting in day-to-day construction activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with blueprints and safety standards.
- Experience: Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works under any construction site is required
- Technical Support & Documentation: Preparing daily/monthly progress reports, maintaining site records, and documenting quality control findings.
- Planning & Design: Assisting with material quantity estimation, resource planning, and interpreting technical drawings and designs.
- Project Coordination: Working with sub-contractors, project managers, and consultants to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Learning & Development: Participating in training sessions, shadowing senior engineers, and developing proficiency in project management techniques.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- Software Proficiency: Basic understanding of AutoCAD, structural design software, and MS Office Suite.
- Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication, and eagerness to learn construction methods.
- Communication: Good English and Hindi communication is required
