Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle student admissions for our JEE & NEET Residential Coaching Program. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, explaining courses and residential facilities, handling admission enquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding JEE/NEET coaching programs.
- Explain course structure, fee plans, residential facilities, academic support, and other offerings.
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update lead and admission records.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams regarding student admissions.
- Conduct campus visits and provide information about residential facilities.
- Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in Education Counselling / Admission Counselling / Sales will be preferred.
- Experience in JEE/NEET coaching institutes will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Ability to handle parents and students professionally.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in an admission-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/lead management systems.
Salary
Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Candidates with experience in JEE/NEET coaching institutes or education sales/admissions will be preferred.
