- Diploma or degree in Optometry
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or optometry/optical retail is often preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ophthalmic, optical products and sevices.
- Ability to handle patient's queries and provide solutions.
- good presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the clinical & sales team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends
