Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for building partnerships, closing deals, and driving revenue through space-based selling, this role is for you. The ideal candidate has proven experience in exhibition space sales, or sponsorship sales, with exceptional communication skills and a strategic, client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors and exhibitors (domestic & international) aligned with our events and media platforms.
- Develop tailored sponsorship and exhibition packages to meet client objectives.
- Drive revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Build long-term relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners for repeat business.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients before, during, and after event delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables and maximize client satisfaction.
- Research industry trends, identify potential sponsors, and engage key decision-makers.
- Generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
- Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen our market presence.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in event sponsorship sales, exhibition space sales, or B2B business development.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- MBA /Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Familiarity with the media, events industry is preferrable, but not mandatory
