Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Account Executive to manage factory accounting operations, financial transactions, statutory compliance, and reporting activities. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, vendor management, and inventory-related accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare and verify vouchers, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Monitor cash and petty cash transactions.
Factory Accounts & Inventory
- Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Verify material inward and outward transactions.
- Coordinate with production and stores departments for stock verification.
- Analyze material consumption and prepare inventory reports.
- Assist in monthly and annual stock audits.
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Deduct and deposit TDS as per statutory requirements.
- Assist in audits, assessments, and compliance-related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Generate reports related to production costs, inventory, and expenses.
- Support budgeting and cost-control activities.
- Provide financial data and analysis to management.
Vendor & Customer Management
- Process vendor payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding receivables.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies with vendors and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications such as CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Manufacturing/FMCG/Factory accounting preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar software.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Statutory Compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary
- Rs. 35,000/- pm to Rs. 45,000/- pm
