About the role.
This is a hands-on coordinator role that blends customer service, day-to-day delivery operations, and light admin.
You'll be the first point of contact for customer orders and queries, help keep dispatch and deliveries on track, and maintain accurate order and delivery records. It's a good fit for someone friendly, organised, and comfortable juggling people and paperwork.
What You'll Do
● Take customer orders and answer queries over call, WhatsApp, and at the counter.
● Keep customers updated on their orders and help resolve delivery issues promptly.
● Coordinate packing and dispatch with the kitchen and delivery partners to keep orders on time.
● Track deliveries and follow up on any delays, returns, or missed orders.
● Maintain order logs, delivery records, and simple daily reports.
● Handle billing, invoices, and cash/UPI reconciliation for orders.
What We're Looking For?

● Reliable and punctual, happy to work in a fast-paced setting.
● Organised, with an eye for detail in records and follow-ups.
● Comfortable coordinating with the kitchen, delivery partners, and customers.
● Can speak English and Kannada or Hindi.
Good to have:
● Experience in customer service, delivery coordination, operations, or admin.
● Comfort across all three languages — English, Kannada, and Hindi.
● Comfortable with POS/billing software, spreadsheets, and basic computer tools.
