Job Summary
The IFMS Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all integrated facility management services across oil and gas sites, including upstream, midstream, or downstream operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services such as maintenance, housekeeping, security, catering, utilities, and infrastructure management, while complying with industry regulations and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facility Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of all facility management services across sites (onshore/offshore/refineries).
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical infrastructure such as HVAC, power systems, water treatment, and firefighting systems.
- Manage hard services (technical maintenance) and soft services (housekeeping, catering, pest control, etc.).
2. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response planning.
- Promote a strong safety culture aligned with oil & gas industry standards.
3. Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage IFMS vendors and service providers through SLAs and KPIs.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and cost optimization initiatives.
4. Maintenance & Asset Management
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Monitor asset lifecycle and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Utilize CMMS/CAFM systems for tracking maintenance activities and reporting.
5. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage annual facility management budgets.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments such as operations, engineering, and HSE teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related concerns.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.
- Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and certifications.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Facility Management (preferred)
- MBA or relevant certification (desirable)
- 4-8 years of experience in facility management, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industries
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations working Conditions
- May require working in remote or hazardous environments (e.g., offshore rigs, refineries)
- On-call availability for emergencies
- Frequent site visits
