We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Nursing Lecturer to provide high-quality classroom teaching, clinical instruction, and student mentorship. The candidate will be responsible for delivering nursing education, supervising clinical training, and supporting the academic and professional development of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory lectures and conduct practical/clinical demonstrations as per the nursing curriculum.
- Supervise and guide students during clinical postings and hospital training.
- Teach and assess nursing procedures, patient care techniques, infection control practices, and clinical skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Mentor students in academic, clinical, and professional development.
- Participate in curriculum planning, academic activities, seminars, and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. Nursing (preferred) / B.Sc. Nursing as per applicable regulatory norms.
- Valid Nursing Registration.
- Teaching and clinical experience preferred.
