Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage and oversee the organization's HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection for various positions.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, working hours, and employee-related queries.
- Coordinate with the payroll/accounts team for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, recruitment, turnover, leave, and employee performance.
- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower planning and HR requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Support management in improving employee productivity, retention, and workplace culture.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and HR Management.
- Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records management.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is preferred.
Experience
5–6 years of relevant HR experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
