Job Description (JD):
- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, online research, referrals, and digital outreach activities.
- Generate high-quality leads through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through social media, engage with prospects professionally, and convert them into qualified leads.
- Participate in relevant online communities, forums, groups, and networking platforms to generate organic leads and increase brand visibility.
- Build, qualify, nurture, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by understanding customer requirements and ensuring timely handover of qualified prospects to the Sales team.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the Sales team to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead data, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system, ensuring all updates are recorded in real time.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams during campaigns, webinars, promotional activities, and product launches while providing regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify new lead generation opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, appointments, and overall business development objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on lead generation performance, enquiry status, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Ensure excellent customer engagement by maintaining professional communication, timely follow-ups, and a high standard of customer service throughout the lead lifecycle.
- Continuously optimize lead generation strategies by analyzing campaign performance, testing new outreach methods, and recommending process improvements.
- Meet the defined KPIs.
