## Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented *HVAC Mechanical Draughtsman* with *3–5 years of experience* in preparing HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chiller, VRV/VRF systems, package units, AHU, Air Washer, TFA, CFU, FFU, ducting, piping, other HVAC equipment and other related activities.
## Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings using AutoCAD.
* Develop HVAC layouts for ducting, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, drainage, and ventilation systems.
* Prepare coordinated drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing services.
* Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
* Design and modify ducting and piping layouts as per site requirements.
* Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs from approved drawings.
* Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
* Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients for drawing approvals.
* Revise drawings based on consultant comments and site conditions.
* Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.

## Required Skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
* Good understanding of HVAC design concepts and installation standards.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
## Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Certification in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
## Experience
* *3–5 years* of experience as an HVAC Mechanical Draughtsman.
* Experience in commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC projects is preferred.

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
