Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and inventory management
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems (physical & digital)
- Assist in travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and scheduling
- Support HR and accounts team with basic coordination tasks
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk responsibilities (if required)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fresher can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
