Position: F&B Manager
Department: Food & Beverage
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise F&B staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Train, motivate, and develop team members.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare sales reports, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in all F&B outlets.
- Increase sales through promotions, upselling, and special events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and budgeting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
