Centre for Data for Public Good is a fast-growing company focused on building a high-performance and people-first work culture. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive who can support hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Post job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Wellfound, and other hiring platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and candidate updates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers.
Onboarding & Documentation
Handle onboarding formalities for new employees.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation.
Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
Assist in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and compliance records.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communication initiatives.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Assist in performance review coordination and feedback collection.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and Excel to generate reports.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or HRMS tools.
Basic understanding of payroll and labor law compliance.
Startup experience or internship exposure in HR is a plus.
