Sales Telecaller (Interior Design)Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings for interior design and modular furniture projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Handle incoming inquiries related to interior design and modular furniture services.
- Explain company services and project offerings to clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for client requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
- Experience in interior design, furniture, real estate, or home décor industry preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
