The Healthy Binge (THB) is a fast-growing healthy snacking brand from Pune, featured on Shark Tank India. We make millet-based, baked, palm-oil-free snacks.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer who can quickly create high-quality static and video creatives across digital, social media, e-commerce, Quick Commerce and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design performance ads for Meta, Google, YouTube
- Create creatives for marketplaces
- Design social media posts, reels, stories and campaigns
- Edit short videos, reels and basic motion graphics
- Create website banners, product visuals and listings
- Support packaging, print and brand collaterals
- Work on campaign creatives (launches, festivals, offers)
Required Skills
- 1–3 years experience in graphic design
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
- Strong sense of layout, typography and visual design
- Ability to create static + video creatives
- Understanding of social media & performance marketing creatives
- Ability to work in fast deadlines
Good to Have
- FMCG / D2C experience
- Canva, Figma knowledge
- AI tools (Midjourney, Google Flow, etc.)
- Basic marketing & ad copy understanding
