About the job
Zaristaa is a fast-growing women's wear brand building its direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce presence from the ground up. We design, produce, and sell contemporary ethnic and fashion wear — and we're now launching our flagship online store.
We're hiring a Founder's Office Intern to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder on the launch and growth of our brand website. You'll sit at the intersection of e-commerce, marketing, content, and operations — owning real projects from day one. A rare seat at ground zero, with a clear path to a full-time role for top performers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Heads up — this list is not exhaustive. Launching a brand takes far more than a website: packaging design, photoshoot coordination, and whatever the day throws at us. Responsibilities will stretch and shift. If "not in my job description" is your mindset, this isn't for you. If "I'll figure it out" is — read on.
- Own the website launch runway — coordinate product listings, catalog uploads, pricing, and QA across the Shopify store ahead of go-live.
- Merchandising & content — write product descriptions, structure collections, keep every page on-brand and conversion-ready.
- Brand & packaging — support packaging design, the unboxing experience, label and tag decisions, and how the product reaches the customer.
- Growth & performance — support paid ads, SEO, email/WhatsApp campaigns, and influencer outreach to drive first-order traffic.
- Analytics — track store metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, drop-off), build simple reports, surface insights to the founder.
- Social & brand — assist with Instagram content, reels coordination, and community engagement.
- Founder's leverage — take ambiguous problems off the founder's plate: research, vendor coordination, competitor analysis, and whatever else moves the launch forward.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree — any stream. We care about hustle, not pedigree.
- Sharp written English and an eye for brand aesthetics.
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and Canva; willing to learn Shopify, Meta Ads, and analytics dashboards.
- Bias for action — you figure things out and ship without hand-holding.
- Genuine interest in fashion, D2C, e-commerce, or startups.
- Based in or commutable to West Delhi preferred (Nangloi, Mundka, Peeragarhi, Paschim Vihar, Punjabi Bagh, Rajouri Garden, and nearby) — this is a daily on-site role. Live elsewhere but can commute? Still apply.
Good to have (not required): prior exposure to Shopify, digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
PERKS & WHY THIS ROLE
- Direct, daily mentorship from the founder — an end-to-end view of building a brand.
- Ownership of live projects with visible impact from day one, not busywork.
- Exposure across e-commerce, marketing, operations, and strategy in one seat.
- Certificate, Letter of Recommendation, and a PPO for top performers.
