Roles & Responsibilities: -
The key responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of projects within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Time. Safety using internal staff, as well as subcontractors and sub consultants. Delivery of high-quality, turn-key waste management projects both in office, and on site.
- Evaluate and assist design team on MEP part in implementing technically and financially viable execution of waste processing projects.
- Define project scope and perform project estimates.
- Follow up with various departments within the company in all Project related matters of the operation of the Project.
- To determine all Project requirements (Technical and General).
- To ensure the timely submission of all project and obtaining approvals.
- Planning and scheduling of resources (material, manpower etc.) Resources Mobilization.
- Assists in the development of standard operating procedures relevant to mechanical/electrical and plumbing engineering.
- Assists in developing and monitoring project performance against strategies and plans and takes action as necessary to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.
- Develops and reviews designs for mechanical/electromechanical, HVAC electrical and plumbing systems and oversees the preparation of related engineering drawings.
- 10.Assists in the development of POs / WOs from inception to sign-off of project(s).
- Oversees and monitors the construction of mechanical/electromechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Prepares engineering reports, budgets, tender documents, cost estimates and assists in the evaluation of proposal.
- Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
