Job Responsibilities
- Potential clients से संपर्क करना और property requirements समझना।
- Residential और Commercial properties की site visits करवाना।
- Leads generate करना और existing leads को follow-up करना।
- Clients को property options, pricing और investment opportunities के बारे में जानकारी देना।
- Sales targets achieve करना और business growth में योगदान देना।
- Property deals की negotiation और closure में सहायता करना।
- CRM में customer data और sales activities maintain करना।
- Market trends और competitor activities पर नज़र रखना।
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales और customer handling में रुचि।
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Self-motivated और target-oriented personality.
- Real estate sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
