Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow eSparkBiz's presence across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should have strong English writing skills, hands-on LinkedIn organic experience, and the ability to create engaging content for a global B2B audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategy and monthly content calendar.
- Manage LinkedIn as the primary B2B platform to engage global audiences.
- Write original, engaging content across social media channels.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives, reels, and videos.
- Repurpose blogs, case studies, and company updates into social-first content.
- Schedule posts, manage community engagement, and monitor brand reputation.
- Track social media performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize content based on insights.
- Support paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta for lead generation and employer branding.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong LinkedIn organic marketing experience.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.
Pay: From ₹40,977.49 per month
