Position: Mobile Application Developer (Flutter & React Native)
Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)

Contract Duration: 12 Months
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Application Developer with hands-on experience in Flutter and React Native to join our team on a one-year contractual basis. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter and React Native.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of development processes and application features.
- Provide support and updates for existing applications as required.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Flutter (Dart) and/or React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with Android and iOS application development.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, etc.).
- Understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, and mobile app deployment processes is preferred.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies and database integration is an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications and practical experience will also be considered.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Portfolio or links to published applications on the Play Store/App Store will be preferred.
