Job Title: Restaurant / Hotel Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager to oversee daily operations across our outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, managing staff performance, and driving overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Manage inventory, stock tracking, and procurement of raw materials.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of Daily Inventory Sheets with detailed remarks.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per industry regulations.
2. Team Leadership & HR:
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and shift scheduling.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve service quality and product knowledge.
- Verify legal documents (Aadhaar, UAN, and Age Proof) before hiring to ensure labor law compliance.
- Mediate staff issues and foster a positive, disciplined work environment..
3. Financial & Administrative Tasks:
- Monitor daily sales.
- Analyze food costs and implement measures to reduce wastage.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and local marketing.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
- Skills: * Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in POS software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Achievement of monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Accuracy and consistency in daily inventory and attendance reporting.
- Reduction in food wastage and operational costs.
- High customer satisfaction scores and online ratings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
