Job Summary
PCCS Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, HR operations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, hands-on HR operational experience, and excellent people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning across departments Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally Oversee performance management and appraisal processes Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives Conduct employee induction, training, and development programs Maintain HR documentation, records, MIS reports, and employee databases Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership and management
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and policy drafting Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software/tools
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Master’s Degree in Human Resources / HRM
Master’s in Business Administration (Any specialization) with HR experience
