Key Responsibilities:
1. Compile details for Society Maintenance Billing and ensure it is reconciled with accounts on a monthly basis.
2. Prepare and send Society Maintenance Bills through email & maintain an updated record of all bills issued.
3. Record and account for Society Maintenance Collections accurately in the accounting system.
4. Send timely reminders to members for outstanding maintenance dues and maintain proper follow-up records.
5. Maintain proper filing of all accounts-related documents and vouchers, including bills, receipts, challans, bank statements, and supporting documents in an organized and easily traceable manner.
6. Ensure all billing, collection, and reconciliation records related to society maintenance are accurate and up to date.
Required Qualifications:
· B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
· 1-2 years’ experience in accounts (Society / Real Estate preferred)
· Knowledge of Tally / ERP software
· Good knowledge of MS Excel
· Basic understanding of GST & TDS compliance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
