Lead and manage all bar operations and coffee quality
- Train, mentor, and schedule baristas to maintain consistency
- Create and maintain our signature coffee menu and seasonal drinks
- Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and equipment
- Maintain inventory, manage stock orders, and control wastage
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and cafe SOPs at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming vibe
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
