Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resource initiatives, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Retention, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
The ideal candidate will be a people-focused HR professional with the ability to build strong teams, attract and retain top talent, develop employee capabilities, and partner with business leaders to create a high-performance workplace culture.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future organizational requirements.
- Strengthen employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Monitor employee satisfaction levels and recommend initiatives to improve workplace culture.
- Conduct employee feedback discussions, stay interviews, and exit interviews.
- Implement employee recognition and reward programs.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.
- Act as a performance coach for managers and employees to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Identify employee development needs and coordinate training and learning initiatives.
- Support leadership development and succession planning activities.
- Encourage continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics related to recruitment, retention, and employee performance.
- Support organizational development initiatives and change management programs.
- Develop and improve HR processes to enhance employee experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with strong expertise in recruitment and talent management.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Strong understanding of performance management systems and employee development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and department leaders.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a people-oriented approach.
