Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services, maintaining service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting daily restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock requisitions.
- Support the implementation of promotional activities and special events.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and revenue control procedures.
- Monitor operational costs and minimize wastage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
