We are looking for a responsible and client-focused Sales & Relationship Executive to manage an assigned client base, support, maintain regular follow-ups, and represent our brand values with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service existing investor relationships
- Explain mutual fund concepts like SIP, STP, SWP, and portfolio discipline in simple language
- Follow up with clients for transactions, reviews, documentation, and service needs
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution
- Identify opportunities for additional investments, family onboarding, and referrals
- Maintain proper CRM updates and daily activity records
- Follow all company and compliance guidelines
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in mutual funds, banking, financial products, or client relationship roles
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Bengali preferred
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds and SIPs preferred
- Presentable, disciplined, responsible, and relationship-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge: Excel, email, CRM/app usage
- Candidate should be based in Siliguri
