Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on predefined criteria.
- Generate and nurture leads for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads.
- Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers.
- Track outreach performance and provide regular activity reports.
- Support lead nurturing initiatives and customer engagement activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is preferred.
- Ability to handle cold calling and prospect engagement confidently.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
