Medisol Placements is looking for a smart and dynamic Placement Coordinator to support our recruitment team in managing international and domestic placements, including overseas recruitment, local employment opportunities, and educational placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and placement activities for foreign and local employers.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on employer requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support educational and employment placement services.
- Manage candidate documentation and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, institutions, and candidates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, proactive, and capable of handling diverse requirements from both employers and candidates.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, or Arabic will be an added advantage.

Experience:
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, placements, customer service, or related fields preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
