Job Title: CRM Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain customer records, and support the sales team by ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding lead status and customer requirements.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally.
- Update customer records, interactions, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads and customer activities.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience:
- 0 to 2 Years (CRM, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Sales Coordination experience preferred)
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
