About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team.
This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in sourcing and engaging top talent for technology and business roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and identify candidates matching job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with the recruitment Associate to understand hiring requirements.
- Reach out to candidates via chats, email, and LinkedIn to assess their interest.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the excel
- Prepare daily and weekly sourcing reports.
Eligibility
- Available for a 3-month internship.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
