About the Role
Vinit Mobile Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in accounting, strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software.
- Handle accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage purchase, sales, and journal entries.
- Assist in GST and TDS calculations, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and auditors when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
