Job Summary
We are seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our furniture manufacturing unit. The candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, manpower management, and machine utilization are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations.
- Allocate work to production staff.
- Monitor productivity and production targets.
- Ensure product quality standards.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, and production planning.
- Maintain production reports.
- Ensure machine maintenance and safe working practices.
- Reduce production waste and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing is preferred.
- Leadership and planning skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
