- Call prospective candidates from the provided database.
- Explain the IIBF-accredited Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) training program.
- Counsel candidates about course benefits, certification, and career opportunities.
- Answer queries regarding eligibility, fees, training schedule, and placement support.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the admissions and training team for successful enrollments.
- Achieve monthly admission and calling targets.
