The Role
As a Process Designer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Preparation and updating of P&IDs using SmartPlant P&ID / AVEVA Diagrams.
- Preparation of:
- Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)
- Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD)
- Incorporation of process mark-ups and ensuring consistency in drawings.
- Generation of reports such as:
- Line List
- Equipment List
- Instrument List
- Piping Components List
- Preparation of:
- Fire Protection Layouts
- Fire Water Network Drawings
- Safety Signage & Safety Equipment Layouts
- Coordination with Process, Piping, and Instrumentation teams.
- Ensuring compliance with project standards, client specifications, and quality requirements.
- Performing data validation and error checks in P&ID database.
- Preparation of Fire Protection & Fire Layout Drawings.
- Preparation of Fire water Network and Safety Sign & Safety Equipment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Good communication & coordination.
- Attention to detail (important for database work).
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Diploma or bachelor’s in chemical or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in OIL & Gas process design experience.
- Technical Skills:
- SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID)
- AVEVA P&ID
- AVEVA Diagrams
- AutoCAD
