Marketing Coordinator / Operations
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day marketing operations
Managing marketing campaigns and assisting in the execution of promotional
strategies
Handling logistics, scheduling, and ensuring timelines are met
Coordinating with cross-functional teams for effective execution of marketing
initiatives
Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials
Managing vendor relationships, onboarding new vendors, and ensuring
effective vendor performance
Overseeing procurement of marketing resources and ensuring vendor
contracts are aligned with company requirements
Ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and quality
standards
Supporting event planning and execution for campaigns, conferences, and
trade shows
Managing ad-hoc administrative tasks related to marketing operations
Maintaining and managing operational trackers, budgets, vendor databases,
and campaign reports using Excel and Google Sheets
Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data
management, reporting, coordination tracking, and operational planning
This role may expand beyond the responsibilities listed above depending on
evolving team needs
Experience:
Preferably 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or operations,
with strong organizational and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is preferred
Should be comofrtable for a travelling role.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
