We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Admin Executive to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and handle customer care operations. The ideal candidate should be quick-thinking, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular client follow-ups via calls and messages
- Handle incoming calls on the company’s customer care number
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams for ongoing tasks/projects
- Maintain records, track updates, and ensure timely task completion
- Support daily administrative and operational activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Good presence of mind and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Organized, responsible, and proactive approach
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in admin/customer support roles
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
