The Forklift Operator is responsible for safe, efficient movement, loading, unloading, stacking, and transport of raw materials, finished goods, and pallets within the factory/warehouse. The role ensures material flow continuity, accurate inventory handling, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: 8th / 10th pass preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator License / Certification (mandatory).
- More than 5 years of forklift driving experience in factory/warehouse environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong forklift driving and pallet handling skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse layout, racking, and stacking standards.
- Basic literacy/numeracy for material checks and documentation.
- Safety-first mindset, disciplined, and reliable.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production/dispatch timelines.
