Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Site Supervisor with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and residential/commercial interior works. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the site execution process, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and smooth client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior projects including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interiors.
- Interpret design drawings and execute as per approved layouts and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor quality, material usage, and ensure proper installation standards are maintained.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and site checklists.
- Ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated timeline and budget.
- Identify and solve on-site execution issues proactively.
- Coordinate closely with the design and operations team to ensure accurate implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in site supervision for interior projects.
- Strong knowledge in execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceiling, electrical, and civil finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficient in basic computer tools like MS Excel and WhatsApp-based reporting.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- Language proficiency in Tamil and English is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time and handle multiple projects if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
