Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective customers, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into bookings. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and strong follow-up abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, property portals, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and location advantages.
- Qualify leads based on customer budget, preferences, and buying intent.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until conversion.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Prepare daily activity reports and MIS reports.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–2 years: Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 2–5 years: Experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, or inside sales preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
