Job Description – Accounts Assistant

Position Summary
Roverz Motorbikes is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Department in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment documentation.
- Handle petty cash and maintain related records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and statutory records.
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and payment matters.
- Assist in preparing salary and other payroll-related records when required.
- Perform any other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
