Position : Customer Service Representative

our makeup formulations. We are growing rapidly and have an expansive portfolio of
products in development.
Role Description
This is an on-site role located in Sarjapur, Bengaluru for a Customer Service
Representative. The Candidate will be responsible for :
Answering inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information
about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of
complaints
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries,
complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Process orders, forms, and applications Follow up to ensure that appropriate
actions are taken on customer requests
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated
departments for further investigation.
Helping Abandoned cart customer to convert their order into sales, by taking
them through the checkout process.
Ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer support, analyzing
customer feedback, and communicating with customers. The candidate will
work closely with the customer support team and the product development
team to provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently
communicate with customers
Prior experience in customer support is a must. Experience in a beauty or
cosmetic industry is a plus
Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of additional regional
languages is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field, but a degree in business, marketing or
communications is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
