We are urgently looking for Counter Sales Staff to join our Baker’s Basket outlets at Pune International Airport.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the counter in a friendly manner
- Provide accurate information about products, offers, and promotions
- Take customer orders correctly and process billing
- Handle cash and card transactions and maintain sales records
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and delivery
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (preferred)
- Willingness to work in shifts (airport operations)
- Previous retail/food counter experience is an advantage
