Job Summary
HDFC Bank is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition, generate new business opportunities, and promote the bank's financial products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through field sales and lead generation activities.
- Promote HDFC Bank's banking and financial products, including accounts, loans, insurance, and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product benefits.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Banking, BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, NBFC, or Field Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
