Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecom Sales Executive responsible for handling client communication, promoting telecom products/services, and managing customer relationships. The role involves interacting with potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements, providing suitable solutions, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers to explain telecom products and services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable plans/solutions.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and maintain good customer relationships.
- Manage sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service activation, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of telecom products/services.
- Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups.
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
