Sr. Manager – HR will be responsible for leading all human resource functions at the plant, with a strong focus on people management, employee engagement, industrial relations, statutory compliance, manpower planning, and factory HR operations. The incumbent will act as a strategic business partner to management while ensuring smooth workforce management and fostering a positive industrial climate.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹54,471.50 per month
