Job Summary
The Senior Manager – Business Development & Operations will be responsible for driving admissions, institutional partnerships, business expansion, operational excellence, and overall growth of the paramedical institute. The role requires a highly experienced professional capable of developing strategic partnerships, improving operational efficiency, increasing student enrollment, and ensuring smooth coordination between academic and administrative departments. Similar leadership roles typically combine growth strategy, stakeholder management, operational planning, and performance monitoring.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Develop and execute annual business development and admission growth strategies.
- Increase student admissions through schools, colleges, hospitals, corporates, NGOs, and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, training programs, certification courses, and expansion initiatives.
- Conduct seminars, awareness campaigns, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Develop institutional collaborations with government and private organizations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies for market growth.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the institute.
- Ensure smooth functioning of admissions, academics, examinations, administration, and student services.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure timely execution of academic calendars.
- Coordinate with faculty, HR, accounts, marketing, and administration departments.
- Ensure compliance with university, government, and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle operational challenges and resolve issues proactively.
Team Leadership
- Lead Business Development, Marketing, Admissions, and Operations teams.
- Set departmental KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service quality.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Strengthen the institute's brand presence across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and internal creative teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead generation efforts.
Student Relations
- Ensure an excellent admission and onboarding experience.
- Address student and parent concerns effectively.
- Improve student satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate placement activities and employer engagement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
