Role Overview :
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Operations Associate to support various operational activities across our Experience Centers and business operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day tasks. The role requires regular field visits, coordination with vendors and external workforce, store support activities, and execution of operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Operations
● Coordinate printing and delivery of marketing and promotional materials.
● Support execution of store marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
● Assist in store merchandising and product display management.
● Ensure marketing collaterals are available and properly displayed across stores.Store Setup & Expansion
● Support new store setup and launch activities.
● Coordinate material procurement and order placement for store requirements.
● Work closely with vendors, contractors, and external workforce for setup-related activities.
Business Operations
● Coordinate with external vendors and workforce for various operational activities.
● Conduct site visits and collect relevant information, reports, and updates.
● Maintain operational records and share timely updates with internal teams.
● Support cross-functional teams in executing business initiatives.
Store Maintenance & Support
● Assist Store Managers in maintaining store standards and upkeep.
● Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and vendor visits.
● Support display setup, refresh, and redesign activities.
● Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of Experience Centers.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
● Strong communication and coordination skills.
● Willingness to travel locally for store visits and operational activities.
● Comfortable working in a dynamic, execution-focused environment.
● Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
● High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
